CRITERIA TO EVALAUTE UOF PHENOMENA
1. The eye witness's credibility should be cross-checked by interviewing people around him (eg: colleagues, parents, teachers,)
2. There must be at least 5 other eye witnesses and their recounts of the incident should tally to a large extent
3. There should be recordings of the sighting on video. Otherwise, tape recorded or written descriptions of the incident should always include references to other objects in relation to the size of the UFO.
INVESTIGATOR'S CHECKLIST
When you see a UFO, you should
1. Get a digital/video camera and record the whole scene
2. Write down key characteristics of the phenomenon
(i.e. shape,distance from ground, noise etc)
3. If there are witnesses around, ask them to write down their account
4. Keep a safe and clear distance if the UFO is very close or on the ground.
5. Contact the police after the phenomena and hand over all pictures and written details for investigations.
